Appliances can sometimes be confusing, that's why sometimes it's just easier to speak to a real person.
Integrated extraction for 400 Series Vario cooktop configurations
The Gaggenau Vario downdraft ventilation module is designed to sit directly within a modular cooktop layout, extracting steam and odours at the source without the need for overhead ventilation. Positioned between Vario appliances, it becomes part of a fully integrated cooking surface rather than a separate element. With a slim, linear design and flush installation, it allows you to build a tailored cooking setup that combines multiple cooking methods with discreet, effective extraction exactly where it’s needed.
- Combinable with Vario - set alongside any other 400 Series Vario cooktop for even more cooking power.
- Captures odours at source - stops grease and smells from rising.
- Ideal for islands - perfectly suited to open plan kitchens and central cooking zones.
- Motorless - to be combined with Gaggenau remote fan units.
- Iconic control knobs - available in stainless steel or black.
