Surface level extraction for Gaggenau hobs

The Gaggenau 400 Series downdraft extractor is designed to capture steam and odours directly at the cooking surface. Positioned beside or behind the hob, it rises when in use and retracts flush into the worktop when not needed, preserving clean lines across the kitchen. By extracting at source rather than from above, it offers an effective alternative to ceiling or wall-mounted hoods, making it particularly suited to island layouts and open-plan spaces.
